*Once you have securely logged in, it is recommended that you choose an alternative secret question. Please ensure it is one you will easily remember, as you need to enter the answer your chosen secret question when requesting future password resets. You can manage your secret question settings via your “My Profile” tab on the main tool bar.

Once we have completed your set-up, you will receive your logon credentials in 2 separate emails. Please note, you require all 3 data elements below to complete your initial logon.

Password (this is a system generated temporary password which you need to change during your initial logon).

Application Password (as defined above, please enter this in the answer field when prompted to do so).

A signed letter from a Company Director/ Business Owner – must include the Merchant Number (MID), Company Name, new bank account details and confirmation of which account require updating.
1. Credit Account - This is the bank account into which we settle payments.
2. Debit Account - This is the bank account out of which we debit fees & charges.
3. Credit & Debit Account – This is where both accounts are the same.

Your combination of Merchant ID and Passcode do not match, please check these and try again. You can find your mid on an AIBMS Statement or on a card receipt from your terminal. If you have forgotten your passcode please contact our helpdesk where we can confirm this for you and deal with your query.
