Fiserv has agreed to acquire the remaining 49.9% of AIB Merchant Services from AIB Group, signalling a new phase of collaboration between AIB, Fiserv and AIBMS.
While our ownership may change, our clients don’t need to take any action and everything they value remains the same, with no changes to the great service we deliver.
Our close working relationship with AIB continues, as does our commitment to supporting our clients. With the global expertise of Fiserv, we look forward to building on our strong foundations.
