Breaking down your AIBMS Statement

Reconciliation

Breaking down your AIBMS Statement

Getting paid by card is simple, secure and seamless.

As well as ensuring you can take payments quickly, AIB Merchant Services also combine your days payments into a settlement, paid to your bank account.

Your AIB Merchant Services monthly statement is your record of the deposits we made to you throughout the month, the card payments you took from customers, and our associated fees and service charges.  It is an important document for reconciliation, and for recording expenses.

In this webinar, your host Conor McKevitt shows you how your statement is structured.  You will find out how to reconcile it with your terminals and outlets, and understand how fees are calculated.  Conor will also show you how you can use an online portal – AIBMS Insight – to keep on top of reconciliation throughout the month – to access an archive of e-statements in PDF format, and to save money on your monthly fees.

This short webinar is especially made for business owners, bookkeepers and accountants, register now using the link below.

Conor is with AIBMS since 2019 and began his career as a Customer Success Manager. He has gained immense knowledge of the AIBMS product suite throughout his experience of managing customer relationships. Conor’s current role is the SME Payments Technology Expert, and he looks forward to facilitating conversations about all that AIBMS has to offer in the following Webinar series.
